My name is Lasse, and I’m a yoga teacher and former software developer.
I have struggled to find my place in this world for the last three years.
Traumas caused anxiety, depression, impostor syndrome, and addiction,
leaving me feeling lost and disconnected.
But then I discovered the transformative potential of yoga.
Through dedicated study and practice, I not only found healing for myself
but also for a deeper sense of purpose.
I realized that my calling was to share the gift of yoga with others.
But I didn’t want to just show people how to do yoga postures. I desired to spread all eight limbs of yoga and fully embrace the true spirit of the practice.
So I travelled to Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga, for traditional and authentic guidance, where I learned physical postures, meditation, breath control, ethical principles and more.
As a former software engineer, I was always fascinated by the power of technology, particularly in fields such as cryptography and artificial intelligence.
But as time passed, I sensed a stronger pull to investigate the ancient wisdom of yoga and healing.
So I quit my employment and embarked on a new adventure.
